Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and is expected to arrive within 5-10 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via the email address you supply at checkout. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please note:

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this cancellation window, we may have already begun processing your order and will be unable to cancel.
International Orders and Customs
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If that changes, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections or delays beyond our control.
